This is how the access for guests works:
After completing the booking you will receive an email with the digital invitation code and a statement from Nuki.
If the Nuki App is not yet installed on your smartphone, you will be redirected to a page where you will receive step-by-step instructions for installation.
A registration in the Nuki App is not necessary.

Locking via keypad
To unlock the door, this also applies to the entrance door, please enter the transmitted 6-digit code into the keypad.
To lock the door from the outside, please press the back button on the keypad once briefly.

Lock at the touch of a button
Our used Nuki locking system scores especially with its simple and intuitive handling: With one click in the Nuki App you can open the door for the duration of your stay. When leaving the accommodation you can lock the door with a click on the Smart Lock Button.
If the automatic locking does not work, a manual opening or closing of the lock by turning the knob is always possible.
